General

What are the temple timings?
The temple is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Aartis are performed at 5:15 AM (Kakad), 12:00 PM (Madhyan), 6:00 PM (Dhoop), and 9:00 PM (Shej).
Is there an entry fee to visit the temple?
No, there is no entry fee. The temple is open to all devotees free of charge.
What is the best time to visit Sai Mandir Wardha?
The temple can be visited year-round. October to March offers pleasant weather. Major festivals like Ram Navami, Guru Purnima, and Dussehra see large gatherings.
Is the temple accessible for elderly and differently-abled visitors?
Yes, the temple has ramp access and wheelchair facilities. Volunteers are available to assist elderly and differently-abled devotees.

Darshan & Booking

Do I need to book darshan in advance?
Advance booking is recommended during peak seasons and festivals. Walk-in darshan is available on regular days, subject to crowd conditions.
How can I book darshan online?
You can book darshan through our Services > Darshan Booking page. Select your preferred date and time slot, fill in your details, and complete the payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my darshan booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the booking time with a full refund. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

Accommodation

Does the temple have accommodation facilities?
Yes, the temple trust operates a guest house with various room types — dormitory, standard, and deluxe rooms. Online booking is available.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to room availability.
What documents are required for accommodation?
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID) is required at the time of check-in.

Donations

Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes, donations to the temple trust are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. An 80G receipt will be issued for all donations.
What payment methods are accepted for donations?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. Cash donations can also be made at the temple counter.
Can I donate for a specific purpose?
Yes, you can choose from categories like Anna Daan (food), Temple Construction, Medical Aid, Education, and General Temple Fund on our donation page.

Prasadalaya & Food

Does the temple serve free food?
Yes, the temple Prasadalaya serves free meals (Anna Daan) to all devotees daily from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
Is the food vegetarian?
Yes, only pure vegetarian (sattvic) food is served in the temple Prasadalaya. The food is prepared with devotion and offered to Sai Baba before being served.
